The super cub has many disadvantages.
It's small (very sensitive to wind ).
It's underpowered with that ancient brushed motor.
It's very easily damaged, has flimsy wing struts and foam wing.
It has old fashion NiMH battery and radio is just a toy, 3 channel radio, not making it possible move that unit (at least no the quality of a modern Futaba or JR radio)over to another plane once you have crashed this one and want a better plane.
But...and thats important...perhaps this is what you call model flying...!? If yes... go a head! But I don't think this is the best way to start R/C flying.
