RE: is this ok?
I am a beginner flyer and the first plane I bought was the flyzone skyfly. I think it was a good idea to start on a 3 channel radio. I did not have an instructor but i made do. I might not be the best pilot but I never can find a day when there is no wind. I would say as a beginner I would not get a 3d plane.I think it would be too much to start with.
Looking at the super cub its sounds familiar to my plane, and with what jaka said. I can see how my plane is underpowered, and i dont think that its small but for a college student money was a great consideration. Im looking to find a radio to buy and they are all about $150. I can understand that this is not a cheap hobby to get into, but for me I wanted to get into this. There is no field around me so I just go to the soccer complex and fly it there. Ive crashed a few times but the plane held up.
One question that I had about the original plane brought up, the bee gee 3d, Does anyone think that would be a good plane to get into for a person in my position.
