Not a bad helo for the money and I like the Ali Head and tail. I had a Belt CP and it flew nice stock. With this helo you may want to invest in a 2200MAh battery, one for more flight time and 2, for better balancing.

I would get the http://www.nitroplanes.com/exrcbl45pred.html as it will be compatible with most, if not all TRex parts which are readily available and have many upgrades from multiple manufacturers. The head on the Falcon is based on the Walkera 36 with mechanical head mixing and single servo pitch control and is really a 400 sized helo where the Exceed is a 450.

I would also used this receiver. Together you'll have a great, upgradable set-up that is compatible with the most popular high performance 450 electric out ther, the TRex. This receiver is a Dynam copy of the one I flew in Iraq with no issues. The key to these cheaper single conversion receivers is antenna routing and length. Run them to the tail and don't cross over itself and you will have reception to your limit of sight. You can upgrade later but this set-up will get you in ther air with a reliable configuration. Also, the included Gyro is a copy of the ESky 0704a HH gyro which I have flown and it holds very well for a cheap HH. The only issue is it's adjustment is very sensitive but once set, holds solid. Nver tested it's remote gain lead and it was not used in the helo I tested. Just leave it unplugged and it is in HH all the time.
