Do a customer Right and they will tell 10 people.

Do a customer Wrong and they will tell 100!

I had an OS FS 91 surpass that needed $175 in parts alone after a crash. I sent it in for repair and they sent it back fixed for FREE! They told me "Compliments of customer service".

Now that's what I call excellant service.
