The 26cc, I feel, would be fine for basic flying ...
But NOT good for 3d, If this is of interest to you...

Your plane is going to be 12.5 to 13lbs...
Most 26cc will do around 11lbs of thrust..(that I have tried)

The best lbs of thrust I have had is with a CRRC 26
with a 16x5 Zinger at 14 lbs...
I can hover a TWIST 150 with it.. SLOW pull out..
