So would the 45 be too much? I don't want to spend $600 on a plane and engine for 'probably' enough.
The problem with these things are finding the best power to weight ratio to suit your flying style. A 45 cc will likely mount to the plane and send it straight to the moon in record time. The increase in wing loading may very well adversely effect flight performance.
