I know there have been ALOT of threads on four stars, and kitbashing. I wasn't really sure where to post this so I started a new thread, This plane goes way , WAY back ! It has to be at least13 years old.. Has an old FP 40 on it, nothing hi-tech about it. But I thought some of you might get a kick out of it. I didn't go all out on this bash, it was just a simple tweak that I think made it more fun to fly. I raised the stabilizer in the fin to look a little more authentic. I made gun blisters ( a little big ), air scoop, exhaust headers, new canopy...little stuff here and there. Also ( not shown ) I put wire landing gear in the wing.

Also there is someone on rcu that built a nice 4* 120 ME 109, with a glass cowl and some trick parts I believe...

I also helped design and build a 4* spitfire that was in SIGs calendar, years ago. I even had a very bashed 4* 60 that was a typhoon with a killer paint job, and as embarrassing as it is It fell off a wall rack I was building and got creamed on the cement floor, I should have saved it and rebuilt, but I just stripped it out , kept the wing.
