My rule of thumb is to always glue the wing center no matter what plane or wing it is. It will be the first place to give if it gets enough stress on it. Seeing how I've been trying to find one of these kits with no luck and they are not being made any longer, I wouldn't take a chance with it. Now with that being said, it sounds like it should work fine. You wouldn't happen to know where there may be another kit lying around would you? Always gotta ask. A guy at our field has one that is already assembled that he would sale, but i want to make changes that are better done during assembly rather than after.
