Jim,

Can you adjust the incidence of yout horizontal stab? If not, you might want to fine tune the wing incidence. Try making the wing incidence 1/2 degree more toward the negative. How about your engine thrust line? Does this trim problem occur at all throttle settings, or only at high throttle, or low?
