Last time I checked mine when hung from the wing tube it would very slowly fall towards the tail... I've added wheel pants and moved my batteries forward just slighty so I would suspect its about right on the wing tube. For elev throw I have 50 degrees up and 38 down and 70% expo. What I have noticed with this plane is for harriers both upright and negative you need to change the amount of elev constantly to keep the same attitude. This changes for elevators and a more constant elevator stick position can be held.
