RE: 1/64 Plywood Wing Skins Any Good?
why re-invent the wheel? unless it was cheaper (which it's not according to the thread) or easier to make wings?? plus your wing cores would have to be thicker to make minimum thickness when using 1/64 ply as opposed to 3/32 balsa.
I'd just stick to what you were doing. At 5oz under weight, you could glass the wing and paint it..
