Don't sweat it, your off to a great start, I encourage anyone to build, it's not hard to do, just pick a simple design, like the 4*40 or 60 planes and enjoy the process, you'll actually gain more knowledge of how planes work and how to fix them if you start doing kits instead of ARFs. Don't let anyone hold you back from doing what you want and never let anyone tell you what your limits are, your the only one who decides that.
