Default RE: .46 engine too much for GP Dazzler?

With 6 volts instead of 4.8 volts it will be adequate

However the Dazzler is not able to hover very well unless you extend the ailerons to be square up close to the fuselage where the prop blast can hit them,

You need all the throw you van get on the controls. You will need the longer Dubro arms for some of your servos. Use a mini servo on the throttle.

Build light weight use only 8 oz tank and light weight wheels and 12 1/4 X 3 3/4 APC prop

Look at some of the Dazzler and it's paternal twin the Uproar build threads. The two planes are pretty much the same except for the turtle deck and the shape of the rudder and elevator. The elevator could stand to have more area yet have more clearance for more rudder throw.
