i thought i read in a earlier post that he had made a new prop hub, but did not know it had been extended. try pushing the tank back a little and just run the overflow line out the bottom of the fuse on the exhaust side and you should only have to put one hole in the new backplate going to the carb.
as far as the Texan, she is ready to rock this weekend, i installed a new gas stopper in the tank and now i get a full tank of fuel........knew something was wrong when the engine died at 13 minutes. i talked to Kerry last nite and he will have the Ziroli P38 and Corsair that he built for us to fly in Team Scale there this saturday. if you have not seen them, they are sweeeeet looking and especially flying.
i spoke with Dave last nite and he told me there are a bunch of you guys heading this way. i have to head towards Louisville in a little bit to pick up the T-shirts for this event. one of our club members designed an awesome logo and few of us decided that it needed to be on a shirt........so we will have them for sale at the event.
