it has not affected any of them that i have assembled yet. it really is not that bad of a bend, i just put the ignition at the firewall and ran the 2 needed wires and the plug wire out the slot, the plug wire from the ignition went towards the rear of the plane and then looped back around the tail end of the fuel tank (at the bottom of the fuse) then through the slot cut down towards the bottom of the firewall.
