Default RE: Finding proper CG of a DV8R

My DV8R needed no additional nose weight. However, all batteries including the smoke pump are in the nose of the aircraft. Without fuel the aircraft will stand on its tail. I am flying with the cg at 10 5/8. Does not seem to be critical on balance. Our DV8R is extreamly heavy 32lbs........ At take off with smoke and full fuel we are at 43 lbs. Plane flies great thanks to the legendary power of the AMT Mercury HP, just ask Paul Jr.
