Lets get this out on the table first off I am a rc heli noob. I know very little so If i say something stupid or don't know something this is why.

I wanted to replace my black swashplate with the glow in the dark one that eflite offers. I broke the black one taking it off, I broke the new glow in the dark one trying to put it on. I went back to the LHS and bought another black and glow in the dark and broke the glow in the dark one again. I finally after breaking three of them got the last black one to work. Am I just stupid or is it REALLY hard to replace this thing without breaking the stupid little balls off the end of the swashplate?

I put it all back together and when I fired it up it flew horrible. The nose would turn far left and the whole heli would go left also. I used the trim settings to fix it so it was able to fly decent but its nothing like it was before I started takin it apart and puting it back together. Any idea what I might have done wrong when putting it back together that would cause this issue?
