I'm not sure if there is a full scale Predator in camo. You seem to be correct about the solid grey color.
There are ones with the banded "camo" scheme on the wings, however it is still grey, two very close shades I might add and almost indistiguishable in photos of it.
Most are either all grey or white (Altair).
