hello all, im just about to start my scratch 2x2 pattern plane, and at first, I was going to use removable stab with regulators....but, are they really nessesary?

i mean, may I build them fixed, at 0º? the wing has a tube and regulators

what are the disadvantages and advantages for the trimming procces?
