That is true. What I don't know is if the laws regulating NFP organizations allow for such, of if they require a mailed ballot. If not, then setting up such would reduce costs, be it a run off or a single election. There are obviously some internet security issues involved, and I'm sure that some of the membership would not see it as a good idea. Still, it is something that should be looked at, I think.
