I also started one after watching Jason's video. I too made mine like Jason's. I'm putting a OS 46SF (precursor to the FX) on mine. All is going fine with the construction, but it seems real heavy. We'll see how it comes out when it's done, but I am afraid I'm going to be looking at 5 LBS.....

Oh, I guess I got a deal on the U channel. I paid $3.85 for 4 feet.
