Was informed that a small group (of non-fliers) are talking to exec's of various clubs trying to get them to comitt to having ALL flying and ground vehicles powered by electric or wind. No I.C powered "what-so-ever", as the exhaust causes smog.

Only models meeting the requirements of having No I.C. powerplants will be permitted to be sold in stores. Any model vehicle then can only be exempted and used on very private property by owner then (provided he owns a lot in acreage).
