yes you can download the software and even plans to make your interface yourself, but it will probably be more expensive than the 18.00 or so that i sell mine for. by the time you order the parts from the net because radio shack doesnt carry them you get close to my price. im not making a killing on these obviously, but it buys a servo or two.

your radio will work fine and i also make an XP/2000 serial port version for 25.00 using the PIC chip. its very hard to make an XP/2000 interface so buy one of those from someone (me or otherwise).
