I have a terrible sensitivity to CA as well. Last year I tried the "foam safe" or "odorless" CA and can say that it doesn't cause me a problem. I can't get anywhere near the regular CA without my nasal and sinus passages swelling. Last summer my EARS were plugged when I tried to use regular CA out side.

Having said that, I only use the odorless CA in very limited applications. I use it to harden wood threads, or temporarily hold a piece that cannot be otherwise clamped or taped. I also use it for some quick repairs.
