First of all, who ever told you that spinners were balanced? Manufacturers don't even balance props (Which are much more critical), why would they balance spinners?

Second, Spinner manufacturers purposely make the hole for the smallest prop feasible for that size. YOU can make it bigger if need be, but you CAN'T make it smaller. So they are INTENDED to have their holes enlarged.

If you are really that set on not doing it yourself, contact Tru-Turn as Birman suggested and they will do the cutting for you - but expect to pay for the privilege.
