I think I know but not sure... I think the spark plug was loose and I was getting enough blow-by around the plug threads that when on take-off it got hot enough and the head had expanded that little bit more that it just died... That was the one thing I notices when examining the pieces at the field after the crash.

otherwise everything else tested fine and it runs fine now .... *shrugs*
