do you have to program the hitec servos?
Nawww they are just alittle bit faster. The one thing to remember is your RADIO. If you don't have a radio with End Point Setting you can mess up your servo or strip the plastic servo arms that go on them.
End point settings allow you to set the servo throw, meaning how far the servo goes, because in most cases it will go as far as it physically can unless you tell it to stop.
I stripped a few servo arms and found out the hard way.
If you have a stock radio get yourself a radio like new JR Racing radio. It kicks butt. Has all the best features and you don't need crystals, you can change your channel on the fly. Saves me practice time at the track.
