Seems we're down again. Problem is with Cogent/Sprint and a disagreement between the two. Unfortunately, we at RC Command, and I'm sure many others, are feeling the brunt of this. Another downside is if and when we decide to go with another provider we can't move the site until we have connectivity with our site to make the transfer of files and complete the necessary DNS changes.

Please bear with us and I'll post when I know we're back up and running.
