I fly the ST GS-40, TT .46 Pro and OS .46 AX. The GS-40 and TT .46 Pro start on the first flip, but the OS requires the use of an electric starter. All 3 are dependable, good running engine, and you can't go wrong with either one.

From the cost perspective the GS-40 would be a great engine, and its power output would be more than adequate for the Mid Star. I've flown mine on a Sky Raider until I retired the airframe, now it's getting ready to serve duty on a Jemco Fun Scale Mustang.
