Default GP Shoestring wing incidence

I am putting the shoe together and have read that some of you are shimming up the leading edge of the wing 1/8 inch to correct the tucking
which occurs on final approach. Instead of adjusting the main wing, I am thinking of setting the stab with a bit of negative incidence instead.I figure about 1/24 inch under the trailing edge of stab would give an equivalent amount of offsetting incidence. This would alter the stab in relation to the fuse centerline. Any of you aero-
dynamasists think this would create a problem?

Thanks for any input, Joe
