Do A search and go to Completely Scale RC and read up on it. I used his method but it wasn't the water based Poly U. The sealer really helps in keeping the wood from soaking up the poly and it is mostly sanded off. I used 1/2 oz glass and my finished plane using Klass Kote paint weighed about the same as covering. Good system!!!
