I had the same problem last week on my HBK2. Had a little wobble in it. One of the nuts on the feathering shaft came loose, but not really loose enough to notice just doing a quick preflight check. The blade grips were just loose enough to make it impossible to set the tracking. I tightened up the feathering shaft and the blade tracking was still right on.
