Dude ... it might be because you are not launching her right i.e. your hand is not level or perhaps when you stand you are listing to one side. That happens often ... heheheehee ... hey am just kidding! The plane rolling to the left is normal and this is because of the props rotation. It causes the plane to roll LEFT. So you have a couple of options:

i. have someone to launch for you
ii. use a bungee
iii. set up your radio with a mix so that there is some RIGHT aileron when you launch
iv. trim her with some RIGHT trim just before launch, trim it back when she has gained altitude
v. toss her really hard with maybe just 25% throttle
