Default RE: BME 58 Extreme

Guys,

I have been just moving along with the house. Out of curiosity I removed the 23A Vess to try RPM wise a BME 24 x 8 prop. I re-tacked the 23A and it was over 7500 RPM with less than ½ gallon on the motor so I think on up lines I am screaming more RPM than I really need to be. The up lines are very fast with the 23A. I did not fly the 24 x 8 BME prop. Here are the vid I just did on that deal. I have to let my radio fly around on my neck strap to be able to hold both the camera and tach is why it’s sloppy. I know some of you could care less about RPM. This Vid is to help me confirm to go to a bigger prop to bring the RPM down along with seeing how I like the way this prop handles the Yak. I am feeling like with that big nose getting more air past it could only be better. If anyone has any input on different brands of 24" prop please share them as I do not have any other 24" props to try but i do have plenty of 22" props which is what my Brison loves.
