thanks, ive checked out everything and the main shaft has a tiny tiny bend in it so ill change it, the feathering shaft (is that also called a spindle??) also has a slight bend in it so ill change that and i found out yesterday that on one side, the thrust bearing was wrong, there is supposed to be two silver metal grooved pieces with different size inner diameters and the piece with all the ball bearings, both the silver grooved pieces were the small ones, i compared them to the other side (which was correct with one big and one small piece) and it was definetly missing the piece with the larger hole.
