The horizontal stab goes together quick but the elevator takes a little more prep work. You have to laminate 5 layers of 1/16" balsa together to make the curved edges. I used alphatic resin instead of CA. It takes a lot of T-pins and patience but the end result is really nice and light. Here's the elevator prior to laminating.
