Hey b1b, how's your carbon Funjet project coming along. I'd be interested in a fuse or two if it all works out well. Definitely need a strong reinforced bird for the speeds we're wanting to take this thing. I'm hoping to catch up to numb_thumb with his, I believe 154mph if not faster Funjet. I'm still not all that excited about building planes, so if yours works out that will take out all the glassing and extra steps to make it capable of handling 150mph plus. Thanks.
Jim

johnny five is allmost alive I have turned a funjet given to my buddy bret and me into a mold so i can make it out of carbonfiber and this will help us fast funjet fan's keep are wing's from getting riped off at high speed. all i have to do now is insert the plactic into the fuse like i have done with the rudder and canapy so i can pour plaster to get my negitaive mold hive me a few weeks and it will be done here's some pic have a look at my youtube channle under b1bman look for the birth of a b1b this will give you a better idea of how this plane is being built out side of a lot of hand shaping the b1b was very little hand shaping to do with the funjet so much easyer than the b1b was
I will have some more pics and video's of this build soon if you all are intrested
