Here is what i think, taken off the offshore rules from AMPBA and changed to suit us with what we are doing at the moment . Everyone is welcome to add differant ideas and change around if you like.
1. Boats will be of any hull configuration.
2.boats will be a minimum length of 1225mm and max length of 2133mm, these measurments are taken along the centre line of the boat.
3. boats must be of offshore configeration as sold by manufacturer and not a standard oval racing mono or deepvee.
4.Heat race must consist of at least 4 boats of one class and run to oval racing rules.
5. Race duration will be 10 laps of corse set out by race director on day of event and run in clock wise direction only. Three diferant corses to pic from, triangle, m shape, or oval.
6. Overtaking must at all times keep clear of slower boats.
7. Engines may use any type of induction method. e.g. piston port, drum, or rotary disk.
8. May be single or multi cylinder.
9. Engine must be able to be stopped on the water by transmitter control.
10.Engine capacity.
Class 1 up to 28cc
Class 2 from 29cc up to and including 55cc
Class 3 from 56cc up to and including 105cc
