helicrazedout - funflier is right you think the soft cut is not working cause it cuts at very low voltages and very slowly. I noticed when the soft cut cicks in there is only 9.6V left in the pack cause its designed for A123 cells too. A123 cells are only 3.3V per cell comparing to 3.7V li-pos. Unfortunatly theres no way to program it for those two type of cells.
I think thats why they sell it in two types, one with a warning LED another without. You can only program the LED low voltage warning in two modes but not the cut off voltage. Dont worry if yours came without that LED its not a great thing. you could buy a cheap stand alone one at only 6-7$.
Any way you could test your esc's auto cut by reprogram it to all those three settings: soft cut, hard cut and no cut and seeing the results. Im sure its working.

funflier and z - I loosen up the belt a bit and guess what? all problems are solved now the only thing is getting warm is the 10C battery.
