Actually, you've got them setup like flaps. The easiest fix is to swing the pushrod to the opposite side on one of the servos, so it is a mirror image of the opposite wing. Since both servos rotate in the same direction when using a "Y"-splitter, you need to use opposing sides of the servos to achieve reversed travel on your ailerons.
