I found the manual that came with mine. Actually, it is just a large sheet double sided. I have it scanned to a pdf file. If you send your e-mail address, I can forward it to you.

Click his email link at the bottom of his post and attach it. I think you can do that, never tried.
I just tried that, There's no place to attach the file. I guess I have to wait for him to post again. It sounded like a good idea anyway.
