i have a 5000 3s form max amps and have had a 8000 3s from max amps. all i can tell u is dont get them wet or they will go to total just but thats with all lipos,lol great batteries but i have no comparison but im not so sure that tru rc lipos are any less able to perform at the same level, and they are much much cheaper than max amps.
