Since you have an instructor he should be the one to help you determine what's best suited to your ability. Certainly the Cherokee is a great looking and flying plane but becomes rubble very fast if it's beyond your ability. Take your time. It will probably save you money and enhance your skill by sticking with trainer types for short while.Don't know what you now have for radio equipment but recommend possibly upgradeing that first?
