Default RE: how to set up control surfaces

One tip on OFFSET on the 9C.

This drove me crazy for months.

On many mix screens there is a place for offset, but there is no way to get to it to enter a number.

The way you enter is to move the stick. The % will change, then you press down the circular dial. This will store the offset. What this means is that when you hit that swtich, the surface will immediately move to that position. This works well for camber settings.

Speaking Camber, on the original 9C, you implement camber control using the flap to aileron mix along with the use of a slider or dial to adjust camber, or you use an offset so that it is implemented at the flip of a switch.

Good luck.
