Pg 28 of the manual tells you to go to the Model Type menu and to press the Select button to toggle between Model Type and Data Reset. Press the Clear button to Reset the Data, in that Model Memory, when you want to do a Data Reset. This will set all the parameters in the Model Memory to Factory Defaults.
