Hi all.

I recently moved house and have a huge open area near me, and i'm close to the coast and usually have a seabreeze most days. So the thought occurred to me to start flying. Dont want to get a nitro plane, more interested in a glider, though possibly an electric motored one.

Been looking around and I love the look of the CMPro Discus CS, truely beautiful looking, and reasonably priced. Would throw a Spektrum DX6i in it. Also saw the Cularis, seems a good beginner glider and has provision for powered flight. Would love to get a Greatplanes Siren, but pretty sure that would be far from a beginners model!

I'm not new to RC, have been racing cars competitively for years, so no worries there, and i have flown before, briefly. Have 10-15 mins on an Electrafun powered plane, cheap and nasty but fun enough. didnt crash it at all.

So any other recommendations or comments on my choices?
