I have a Focus Sport kit I'd like to build as a first electric pattern practice plane. I need help with appropriate motors and batterys that will give performance comparable to a YS 110 S. The array of motors, batteries, etc. confuses me way too much. I need an easy way to evaluate compared to comparable IC engines. What have you guys that fly electric 110 class pattern ships used successfully?

IMHO, what you need for the Focus Sport is:
(1) Motor = E Flite Power 110 or ....if you can spend more, the more efficient and slightly more powerful Neu 1512/1.5Y+6.7:1
(2) ESC = Jeti 90 or ..... CC HV85
(3) Lipos = (2) 4S 1P Zippy Rhino 3700's (Hobby City)
