Kyosho Nitri Blizzard Problem!
Hello, gentlmen!
I am not so sure where I should post this question. But Kyosho Nitro Blizzard is similar with a tank, so I post here.
I just have finihsed building this kit and bengan the break-in process. According to the manual, I started the engine at 2-turns out of the High speed needle (there is only one needle, no low speed needle on this engine.). It started well, but it was way too rich. So I leaned out to 1.5 turns out.
When pulling the triger of the transmitter, RPM goes up, but it does not rev up really high. And the problem is that even though I pull the triger of the transmitter, the vehicle does not go foward.
I checked the clutch and everything, and they look OK.
When the fuel tank is almost empty, the mixture gets leaner, so that when pulling the triger, the engine now revs up and the vehicle goes foward.
With this, it seems that the high speed needle setting is still to rich (now 1.5 turns out). But I am not so sure whether I should lean it more or not, because the engine is in the break-in process, so that I don't want over-lean or give the engine too high RPM.
Is this problem cuased by the needle setting or not? The manual says, the break-in should begin at 2 turns-out, but it was way too rich, and now the needle is 1.5 turns out. But still it seems to be too rich. Then, is the manual wrong or the needle is wrong?
Also another problem is that the vehicle does not go straight. It goes to the right a little. When a car does not go straight, it is easy to adjust, but I don't know how to adjust this. How can I fix this problem?
Your advices will be greatly appreciated. I am very frustrated now. Thank you for your attention.
