Maybe people need to document their problem, i.e. lots of pictures of the faulty contstruction then file a report and reverse the credit card charge. Enough people do that and maybe they'll get the hint and start sending out properly built planes.
Reversing the charge costs you nothing from what I remember but they get charged like $35 bucks everytime reguardless if they can get it aquitted. Nopt to mention all the time, paper work, and pains in the neck they'll have to devote.

It just seemed that you guys trying to speak to customer service and very disappointed when they are not answering.
Well they know what kind of product they sell and then to answer to angry phone calls from disappointed customer is very difficult.
But yes I agree its important to see these pictures to know what we are dealing with.
