Default RE: Very Bad, CMP AT-6 Texan

I have been looking at the pictures of the center section, and finally have had a chance to take some pics of the AT-6 that I am in the process of building. It looks like there was no balsa spars in the center section that failed. On the fwd and aft side of the wing connection tube on mine, there is a full length front spar. It is balsa and I have not checked the thickness. Looking fwd through the hole aft of the outer wing, there is another spar. I can't tell if is is one piece. From the pictures of br310's, it appears that the spars are missing. If that is the case, Nitro Models should replace the AT-6. At this point, I think that you might send pictures to CMP, not Nitro, and see what their response is. http://www.cmpairplane.com/ [email protected]

I hope that this might help. Please let me know if I am missing something in you pics.
